Those fireballs are weaker than the normal fireball due to being at half the size, but they can rack up 1.5x the normal damage when used up close.

If you charge it up, you can shoot 3 at once like in the special attack for the Shanghai Demon. It can travel at the same speed as a hadouken and can be blocked with the exact same amount of ease. Basically, it's a giant circle that deals flame damage. Photo Dojo exits a DSi and gets ready to fight on the battlefield.
